“In connection with the entry into force of the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of June 14, 2024 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 928), CLEANETIC Sp. z o.o., in order to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Law, i.e. to provide a safe route for the transmission of reports of observed violations of the law, has implemented the Internal Reporting and Follow-up Procedure at CLEANETIC Sp. z o.o..<\/p>


<\/p>\n

Applications can be made in writing or verbally:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. By means of a dedicated e-mail box at: applications.<\/a><\/strong>sygnalista@cleanetic.tech,<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. In writing by external mail in a sealed envelope to the address of Cleanetic Sp. z o.o. 147-151 Piaskowa St. 97-200 Tomasz\u00f3w Mazowiecki – with the note “internal applications”, whereby the application should include: <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

             – personal data of the whistleblower, including information on the whistleblower’s condition in a context related to work at the Company;<\/p>\n

             – A description of the internally reportable event,<\/p>\n

             – the notification should include the whistleblower’s contact information if he or she expects to receive confirmation of the notification and feedback.<\/p>\n

         3. Upon written request directed by e-mail or mail, an oral application may be made at a meeting arranged by the Company’s designated Application Coordinator.<\/p>


    <\/p>\n

    Please be advised that anonymous reports of irregularities\/violations will not be recognized at Cleanetic Ltd. Reports bearing a pseudonym will be treated as anonymous reports. <\/strong><\/p>
